Order Processing
All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, SwiftPOD. Once your order is placed, it typically takes 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping estimates are:
- United States: 3–7 business days after production
- International: 7–21 business days after production
Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. Peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier delays may impact delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us at support@eagleridgethreads.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with SwiftPOD and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
